 Graduation from College of Saint Elizabeth- I did it! | About MeGrowing up in Juneau, Alaska hunting, snowboarding, and fishing, I developed a sense of hard work at an early age. I had always wanted to venture to the East Coast and see the sites I had only seen in text books, such as Times Square in New York City, the Statue of Liberty, Liberty Bell, and Plymouth Rock. Given the opportunity to pick a college in any location, I jumped to the East Coast. I attended my first three years of college at the University of Rhode Island in Kingston, Rhode Island. Wanting to move closer to "the big city" I transferred to the College of Saint Elizabeth in Morristown, New Jersey, just a train ride away from NYC. Loving every moment of New Jersey, I am ready to start a career and build my life here, as a self-made, successful Registered Dietitian. InterestsI love to explore and take myself out of my comfort zone. I have lived everywhere from the Arctic Tundra of Alaska, to the golden wheat fields of Idaho, shell covered beaches of Rhode Island, to the hustle and bustle of New Jersey. I have learned to enjoy myself wherever I am. I have become a chameleon, adaptable to my surroundings yet sure of myself and my own dreams. Aspirations
While I have lived in three different states, I have kept one common goal in mind...I am determined to become a Registered Dietitian. I have been working towards this goal for seven years now and am not going to give up until it comes true. I know I can do the work, I just need the opportunity to be selected as a Dietetic Intern.
